Refund Policy

All sales are final for digital products.

DriveKorea is a one-time purchase ($19 USD) that gives you 1 year of full access to our content.

Limited Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund only in these specific cases:

  1. Technical issues You paid but cannot access the content due to a technical problem on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
  2. Duplicate charges You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  3. Unauthorized charges Your payment method was used without your authorization.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@drivekorea.guide

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant details (screenshots, error messages)

We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Korean Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Korean consumers may have additional rights under this law, including a 7-day withdrawal period for certain digital content purchases. However, this right does not apply once you have begun using the digital content.
